VFW to Install Raths to Head Post, Auxiliary A husband and wife teams are set to take over leadership of Joyce Herbert Post No, 226, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Women's Auxiliary, when new officers of both organizations will be installed Saturday night. Wilbur and Mary Rath will be seated at open ceremonies scheduled for 8:30 p. in the VFW Hall 16 West 9th Street. Frank Hahn, senior vice commander of the New Jersey State department of the VFW, will be installing officer.
