Can you see past grades on aeries? ›

Users and Teachers can navigate to Student Data > Grades > Report Card History. Parents and Students can navigate to Grades > Report Card History. The page displays a list of all of the Report Card History records that exist for the current student.

Current Aeries Software status is UP.

When creating a new Aeries Parent Portal account, you will be asked for a VPC (Verification Pass Code). This code is only available from your student's school.

The system will first use total points and weighted categories (if enabled) to determine a percentage for "Formative" and "Summative" assignments and then will use the defined weight factors to produce a final score. Click on the arrows or drag the slider to the desired percentages.

Most schools consider 93% or below A-. Thus, 83%=B-and 73%=C-. 87% -89%=B+…so 97–100% would more logically be A+.

Aeries Built-in GPAs are active by default; however, the built-in GPAs can be inactivated if a district prefers to define their own GPAs. To inactivate an Aeries Built-in GPA, select the desired GPA from the GPA list. The details for the built-in GPA will display in the District GPA Details section.

Aeries is the student information system the District uses for grades and attendance. Parents and students can access their information by creating an account in the Aeries Parent Portal.

Aeries allows users to view student information such as attendance records, grades, assignments, and completed college requirements.

ANSWER: If a student has not turned in a past due assignment, a red square will be displayed where the grade is usually displayed. This means that the student is receiving zero points, at this time, for the assignment.

The Aeries Mobile Portal is a mobile app for Parents and Students to use to access Gradebook and/or a list of classes, Attendance, Report Card, Contact, Demographic, Financial, and Aeries Communications information in a concise, mobile-friendly format.

Go to the Aeries Parent/Student Portal login, add your email and click on “Forgot Password?”

What is the highest GPA? GPA is calculated on a scale between 0 and 4, so 4 is the highest GPA you can achieve in most classes.. However, if you take some advanced level classes you may be able to achieve a GPA of 5.

CP)- Identifies the Course as a College Prep course by entering a 'P'. A blank in this field identifies the course as “Not College Prep”.

After you have selected the gradebooks to backup, a comment can be entered. Click the mouse on the Backup Gradebooks button at the top of the page. Backups will be created for the selected gradebooks with the date and time when created. To Restore a Gradebook click the mouse on the Restore tab.

On the start page, search for and select a student. Under Academics, choose Historical Grades from the student pages menu. For each course in which the student earned a grade, the page displays the following: Year/Term - Year and store code of the term in which the student enrolled in the course.
